General Terms of Operation of Computer Systems, Institute of Science Tokyo

Rule No. 73
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Rules prescribe the matters necessary for the operation of computer systems of the Center for Information Infrastructure, Institute of Science Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Rules, the term “computer systems” means the computer systems managed by the Center.
Article 3 (Operation)
The specific operation of the computer systems shall be carried out by the Center and supervised by the Director of the Center for Information Infrastructure under the direction of the Chief Information Officer.
Article 4 (Administrative Affairs)
Administrative affairs related to the operation of the computer systems shall be handled by the Information Infrastructure Division, Information Department.
Article 5 (Use)
Matters necessary for the use of the computer systems shall be separately prescribed.
Article 6 (Miscellaneous Provisions)
In addition to the matters provided for in these Rules, any matters necessary for the operation of the computer systems shall be separately prescribed.
Supplementary Provisions
- These Rules shall come into force on October 1, 2024.
- The Regulations on the Operation of Computer Systems of the Global Scientific Information and Computing Center, Tokyo Institute of Technology (Regulation No. 8 of 2007), shall be repealed.
