Domain Change of Open OnDemand and Its Impact on Passkey (09-04)

(09-08 Update) We removed all users' passwords between 13:00 and 14:30 today. You can set the password via the TSUBAME Portal. Please do not reuse the previous ones or the ones used elsewhere.

(09/04 Update) Passwords for Open OnDemand will be reset around September 7. Please reset the password via the TSUBAME Portal. Do not reuse previous passwords or passwords used for other services.

The domain of Open OnDemand will be changed as part of the FY2026 Summer Maintenance

Before Change:

　ood.t4.gsic.titech.ac.jp
　oodm.t4.gsic.titech.ac.jp (for authentication)

After Change:

　ood.t4.cii.isct.ac.jp
　oodm.t4.cii.isct.ac.jp (for authentication)

Due to this domain change, currently registered security keys (passkeys) will no longer be usable. Please complete the following procedures:

・Actions required before maintenance:

Please verify that you can log in by following 3.2. Login by Username/password/Email Authentication. (Login via email authentication will be required after maintenance to re-register your security key.)

・Actions required after maintenance:

Please perform 2.3. Login to Access Management Server and 2.4. Security device registration to Access Management Server again.
