Computer Account Application for Non-degree Students and Special Auditing Students

Starting from the 2024 academic year, the department/course director of the course offering the course must apply for the use of the Educational Campuswide Computing System and TSUBAME 4.0 supercomputer for non-degree students and special auditing students (hereinafter referred to as “non-degree students, etc.”).

Conditions for use

  • Students who have been issued a student ID card as a non-degree student or special auditing student
  • Use of a computer is required to take the course and earn credits.
  • The computer must not be used for any purpose other than the completion of the course and the acquisition of credits.

Required documents

  1. Written Oath (word file)
    After checking and filling in the required information, please scan the form with your signature or seal.
  2. Batch registration form (excel file) use ver. 202412
    Please submit the form in Excel format, as this data will be used for registration.
    After inputting the data, please make sure that there are no yellow cells remaining in the form.

Where to submit documents

Upload the required documents from Science Tokyo Box. (For faculty and staff only)
If you are adding a member, please upload documents 1.~2. from the above box.
If you wish to use TSUBAME4.0, please apply for an account by connecting to the TSUBAME Portal via the Portal for Science & Engineering Field.
If the person in charge is unable to use the Box as the person belongs to the Medical and Dental Fields, please contact us.

After submitting documents

  • CII will send an e-mail to the credited students themselves with information about their accounts.
  • CII will send an email to the person in charge of your account to confirm that your registration has been completed.

Attention

Users are not allowed to lend their accounts to others.
Credited students must apply for an account for each real user.
Please be careful not to “lend” your account to a non-degree student or other students, as this is a violation of the rules and may result in account suspension or revocation.
