[Payment codes to be used in FY2025]
We are now accepting applications for payment code to be used in FY2025.
After logging in to the TSUBAME4 portal, you can apply for a payment code by doing the following
Click "Manage payment code"
Click "New payment code request"
Select "FY 2025" for "Year of use"
(Please note that even if you have the same information (budget code, etc.) as the payment code used in FY 2024, you need to apply for the payment code to be used in FY 2025.)
Approved payment code for use in FY2025 will not be available during FY2024.
After April 4, 2025, allocation of payment codes to TSUBAME Group and point purchases will be available.
When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2025, please note the following
< Start date and End date of research period >
If the Start date of your research period is before April 1, 2025, enter April 1, 2025 in the "Start date" (Research period) field. (When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2025, the start date of the research period cannot be earlier than April 1, 2025.)
If the end date of the research period is later than March 31, 2026, enter March 31, 2026 in the "End date" (research period) field. (When applying for a payment code to be used in FY2025, the end date of the research period cannot be later than March 31, 2026.)
< If your budget category is not "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" or "Donations for Education and Research" in the Science & Engineering Field >
For applications for payment codes to be used in fiscal year 2025, if the budget category is other than "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" or "Donations for Education and Research", the budget code, billing for goods and services must be entered on or after April 4, 2025, and the application must be submitted within the following timeframe Approval will begin after April 4, 2025 and after the budget code, budget name, and budget manager information are reflected in the billing for goods and services.

For Science & Engineering Field departments whose budget departments were reorganized in October 2024 (departments with an "*" in the name of the budget department in billing for goods and services) or Medical and Dental Fields departments, the budget code for FY2025 will be different from that of FY2024.
In this case, please submit your application after you can confirm the budget code for FY2025 in the billing for goods and services.

If you wish to use a budget that has not been made available in the requisition system as of March/April, please apply for a payment code with the Budget code set to "取得中".
On the application screen, enter a tentative budget name that is sufficient to identify the budget to be used, enter “0” in the Budget code field, and select "取得中" from the radio button next to it.
You can use TSUBAME's fee-based services with the payment code in this tentative input status.
If you have created a payment code with a temporary entry status, please update the budget information registered for the corresponding PAYMENT CODE by the end of June.
After receiving the email, please apply for the update of the payment code as soon as the budget code and detailed budget name in the integrated accounting system are finalized.
