We have suspended some TSUBAME4 services to address a security vulnerability.
During this suspension, you will not be able to access the login node or Open OnDemand.

About Submitted Jobs
Jobs that are already started are not affected.
However, since you cannot access the login node, you will not be able to submit new jobs, check their status, or delete them.
You must use CIFS to access the execution results.
After the service resumes, ssh access to compute nodes and connecting to existing jobs on Open OnDemand will not be available for existing jobs.
(05-07 Add) If you ran a job other than a node reservation before or after this emergency maintenance, and were unable to achieve the desired results due to the maintenance, please contact us if you wish to request TSUBAME points as compensation. Please include your login name, job ID, the group name at the time of submission, and a description of why you were unable to achieve the desired results. We will review each case individually and refund points as necessary.
Regarding Reservations During the Service Outage
For node reservations, jobs that have already been submitted started prior to 3:30 PM to existing reservations will be executed. We will contact you individually after service resumes regarding compensation for any jobs that could not be submitted or modified during the service outage.
Reservations that start before 5 PM on May 1 will be affected by this maintenance stop.
The list of AR-IDs of affected reservations is as follows. Communication about compensation is scheduled for around May 11.
