We will be performing emergency maintenance to reduce the likelihood of issues preventing users from logging into Open OnDemand in certain environments.

Wednesday, April 14, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
2. Impact
You will be unable to log in to Open OnDemand while the maintenance is in progress.
Additionally, if you are already connected to Open OnDemand, your session may be disconnected.
3. What to Do If You Can't Log In
We upgraded Open OnDemand during maintenance at the end of last fiscal year. As a result, we have confirmed that some users may experience issues logging into Open OnDemand if their browser still contains old cache or cookies.
If you encounter any issues during login, please first clear your browser’s cookies and try logging in again.
You may also want to consider using a different browser or incognito mode.
