You are required to make a payment every fiscal year to use the on-campus distribution service for applications contracted through TSUBAME.
However, in consideration of the number of days required for the approval of payment code applications, etc., a grace period has been established for continued use across fiscal years.
At the end of the grace period, maintenance of the license server will be performed on the following schedule.

Work Details: The license service port will be changed.
Impact: The affected applications on TSUBAME and those currently being distributed will become unavailable. This may also affect jobs currently running.
After this maintenance, distributed applications that were applied for and used in fiscal year 2025 will no longer be available. If you wish to continue using them in fiscal year 2026, you must update the connection information for the license server to the port specified in the fiscal year 2026 installation guide.
Regardless of whether you are renewing or applying for the first time, please treat the initial application for each fiscal year as a new application and list all terminals to be installed. Gaussian can continue to be used, but we ask that you submit an application for it each fiscal year as well.
