In order to avoid losing access to data in the event of a delay in the approval process due to the concentration of payment code applications, a grace period will be provided for the purchase of group disks until Wednesday, April 15. If you wish to continue using the data, please complete the setup by Wednesday, April 15.
However, please note the following:
- For those HPCI/JHPCN proposals selected in FY2025 that will not be used continuously in FY2026, login and access to the group disk will be available until the end of April. In this case, no purchase procedure by the user is required.
- For TSUBAME Partnership Resource Allocations proposals adopted in FY2025, users can log in and access to the group disk until the end of June. Even if you have a continuation proposal in FY2026, you will be assigned a different proposal ID and group disk, so please migrate and save your data by yourself.
(Updated April 16) Since there are still many payment codes that cannot be approved because the detailed budget cannot be verified under “billing for goods and services,” we are extending the grace period for purchasing group disks by one week (until Wednesday, April 22).
Please note that for TSUBAME groups that are unable to finalize their detailed budgets by Wednesday, April 22, we will consider granting a further extension. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" form, including the following information:
