The main changes following the FY2025 summer maintenance are as follows:
- A Work directory available for free use has been added.
- Options have been added to the qdel command
- A module available only to Ambertools has been added
- The system software version has changed
- A new version of the application has been introduced (the default version remains unchanged)
- The version of Open OnDemand's Interactive Apps has changed
1. A Work directory available for free use has been added.
We have added a ‘Work directory’ as an additional area freely available to users outside their home directory. Accounts created by 5 September 2025 will have immediate access to this area. For further details, please refer to this link.
2. Options have been added to the qdel command
An option to force-terminate jobs has been added to the qdel command. For further details, please refer to this link.
3. A module available only to Ambertools has been added
Regarding Amber, we have added modules available exclusively to Ambertools.
