The budget for “Science and Engineering” is different from the budget for “Medical and Dental Sciences”.

In the case of “Science and Engineering” budget

Please note that for the use of the TSUBAME4 Computing Services for FY2024, you will not be able to purchase any points after December 31, 2024, except for "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" and "Donations for Education and Research". (If the "Payment code availability period" has expired, you will not be able to do so at this time.)
Therefore, for items other than "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" and "Donations for Education and Research" you must complete the necessary point purchase procedures for January through March 2025 by December 31, 2024.
Please note that in the case of "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" and "Donations for Education and Research" if you purchase points between January and March, you will be required to pay from the following year's budget.
If you wish to use the points for "Institutional Operating Expense Funds" and "Donations for Education and Research" in FY2024, please complete the point purchase for the amount needed from January to March 2025 by December 31, 2024.

Please note that it takes approximately one or two days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and national holidays) for the system administrator to approve or reject a new payment code application.
If the number of applications is large, the deadline will be extended further.

Unless there is a significant increase in the number of applications, new payment code applications submitted by 09:00am on December 25, 2024 are expected to be approved or rejected by the system administrator by December 26, 2024.
If you plan to purchase points by December 31, 2024 and have not yet applied for a new payment code this fiscal year, please do so as soon as possible.

Purchased points are valid only through the end of the fiscal year.
